Vagabond!

Vagabond...a person with no permanent address. But to me Vagabond is the latest eyecandy from Sissix and Tim Holtz. OMG!!! It is now on top of my latest scrapbooking tools wishlist. According to Tim Holtz, Vagabond is a personal die cut machine unlike anything you have ever seen before. Aside from its unusual shape it can also cut and emboss thicker materials like grungeboard, chipboard, bookboard, metal, canvas, acrylic in addition to layers of cardstock, grungepaper, and fabrics...and did I mention that it is electric. OMG again...it is the ultimate die cutting machine...aside from my Wishblade of course. I just wonder how much it will cost and if it can cut sizzlit dies. Anyway here are pictures of my dream machine.

Tim Holtz decorated his vagabond with stickers.

Now it is ready to cut.

Don't you just love how it looks!

Ike is Turning 3

Ike has become more adventurous and curious about almost everything. My husband and I love taking photos of him as he explore things that catches his attention. The photo above was taken by Gee while we were dinning out last May. I love how the photo turned out.

Birthday Invites...

We are now at the last week of July and August is just around the corner. August is the birth month of my little prince. Ike will be turning 3 on August 18 and I have been busy making invites for his birthday. This year he will be celebrating his birthday in school. I plan to bring Chocolate Cupcakes and give away pinwheels. Here is a photo of Ike's birthday invitation...

I hope you like it and thanks for dropping by!

Crazy Sunday

It's a new blog...so I decided to create a Weekly Top net finds that I will be posting every Sunday. I will be searching the net for photos, layouts, and other projects that has inspired me in some way. I hope that these photos will also inspire you.

For my very first feature I decided to search the net for photos and projects that complements my new blog colors. These colors can brighten every persons day.

I found this cute little bag and pin cushions over at Heather Bailey's blog. She is a very talented fabric and pattern designer. All of her fabrics are colorful and "yummy".

Now here is a series of pretty framed flower arrangements. This time I found it at Lollychops blog. Lolly is a crafter that creates interesting and inspiring crafts. I fell in love with her Wall Flower series.

My next finds are from a card maker slash stamper. She is Betsy Veldman. She is a designer for Papertrey Ink.I love the stamps that Papertrey Ink designs. They are so updated and versatile.

And for my final feature this week... it is a layout and a card from a fellow pinay LG. She is a talented scrapbooker who designs for several kit clubs and manufacturer. I love the colors of these projects. It really complements my new blog.

Hope you enjoyed my very first Crazy Sunday Feature. Please visit soon! Thanks!

New Home

Welcome to my new home!

New site...new template and more posts...I hope! I've been having problems with the comments section of my old site. I tried fixing it several times but with no success. Until finally I got fed up, so i simply decided to create a new blog.

With this new site I hope I will be able post more often. I will try my best to make my posts more interesting. I hope I can encourage more people to visit my site. I will be sharing more layouts and projects. I will try to create a weekly feature that I hope you can find interesting. I look forward to my new blogging life.

ATC

Here are 3 Artist Trading Cards that I made last month. I submitted these as my entry to the Hambly Design team search. Unfortunately, I did not make it. But is okay I enjoyed making these cards anyway. I love making ATC's because they are easy to make. I normally make them if I want to release excess creative juices when I have very little time. The ATC here was inspired by the lessons I learned from Rhonda Byrne's The Secret...ASK...BELIEVE...and RECEIVE. I posted these ATC's in my work area to remind me of the steps to be able to apply the Law of Attraction into my life. The Secret is a book that I highly recommend. It is a book that has inspired me to face life positively.
