Playmates Hangout!

I've been very productive lately. My mojos are working overtime! I dream about creating layouts in my sleep with has helped me a lot in creating new layouts. I try to keep it simple. Less patterned paper the better. I try to utilize my stash of tags, journaling papers and other embellishments that I keep hidden in my containers. Above is a layout I made a couple of weeks ago. In the layout is a photo of my son Ike and hi friend Andrei. They always hangout along the streets of my sister's village.

Materials:
Papers: K and company, Sassafras, Cosmo Cricket
Embellishments: Fancy Pants, October Afternoon, Karen Foster, Little Yellow Bicycle, Tim Holtz

Sketchabilities sketch #35

Another great sketch from Karan Gerber! Yes! It is another reveal day for Sketchabilities. Here is the sketch that we used this week:

And this is my creation:

Materials: Basic grey, Webster's pages, Hero arts stamp, Prima stamp.

This layout is quite different from the layouts that I usually make. I like to experiment once in a while and try out other techniques and styles. In this layout is a photo of Ike having an adventure at the Makiling Botanical Gardens. He enjoyed looking at the different flora and fauna found in the area.

Oh and by the way...Sketchabilities is currently looking for new sketch designers so if you are interested please do drop by the Sketchabilities blog.

Bee Kind!

This is a layout I did during our scrapbooking session last Oct. 25. This layout is literally from Chiqui's scrap papers. I love the colors of the Lemonade line of Basic grey. It is one of my favorite lines ever.
Featured in this layout is Ike's Bumble Bee Photos. He was the one who kept on posing and nagging me to take photos of him. I really loves the costume that he did not want to remove it.

Thanks for viewing!
